First - Products that contain a manufacturing defect or an error in receiving the order.
Duration: You must contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Product condition: In its original state (the product is still wrapped in plastic and the box) with unused accessories and packaging.
Replacement: A similar product according to stock, or a refund if the replacement is not available.
Shipping fees: The customer bears no shipping fees either from or to them.
Second - Products that the customer did not like after trying the samples.
Duration: You must contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Product condition: In its original state (the product is still wrapped in plastic and the box), and the experience was from the samples attached to the perfume. If the product has been opened, the customer has no right to replacement or refund.
Replacement: Replaced with another product chosen by the customer of the same value. If they wish to replace with a more expensive product, the difference must be paid in advance.
Shipping fees: The customer bears a shipping fee of 20 riyals from them to the factory and another 20 riyals from the factory to them for each replacement.
Returns
Eligibility: For any reason, provided the product is intact and in its original complete packaging.
Duration: Contact within 7 days of receipt.
Product condition: In its original state (the product is still wrapped in plastic and the box), with unused accessories and packaging.
Refund: After deducting any shipping or processing fees, the amount will be transferred to the "Salla" wallet, and can later be transferred to a bank account upon request.
⚠️ Exceptions
Products printed with names or phrases upon request cannot be returned or modified, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Products included in monthly discount offers or open packages are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Terms and Conditions
Prepayment is required for products: upon request, or for printing on them, the Elegance Bundle, oil rolls, and special monthly offers.
Printing feature: for pre-paid orders only, and cash on delivery is not accepted. The printing request must not exceed one or two words.
Order cannot be canceled or the phrase changed after manufacturing has started.
